Why our platform?

We are all artists here. One of the main goals for Brew has always been to provide a platform for artists to art without having to sell their souls and then some to the main stream corporations.

I don’t have to sell me soul? What does Brew get out of this?

We will have to take a percentage of sales. Sorry, but all the fees involved with keeping a site like this going can add up. But good news, you don’t have to worry about setting up a site like this when you use our platform. Currently our fee is set as 25%, vendors will be notified in advance of any changes.

I make things that wouldn’t fit into any existing categories on your site.

Awesome! You can always ask us to set up new categories for you. We can also set up new products tags and answer any questions you may have about setting up products or the general process.

How do I get paid?

There are currently two payout options you can set up. Paypal and direct bank deposit. You can set up just one or both, it’s up to you. Either option is secured by the woocommerce platform. Brew has used both options for payouts and have had 0 issues.

How do customers pay?

The same way across the store and vendors. That’s one of the perks of using a market place platform, you don’t have to worry about setting up the fine details like that, it’s already done for you. Payment options include stripe, paypal, and woocommerce’s direct payment systems. All very secure and easy to use.

What about returns/refunds?

There is an easy system in place for returns and refunds that you can find in your vendor dashboard. If you want to specify a return/refund policy on your store page you absolutely can, just let us know and we can add a section to the returns policy page.

How do I sign up?

At the moment we don’t have open sign up as this is a new step for us. If you are interested in vending here send us a message and we can see what we can Brew together.

How do I log in?

The log in button in the header will take you to the general log in page. This is the same log in page customers will use. But logging in here with the user name and password you set up during vendor sign up will log you into your vendor account. If you need any help, let us know.
